Payment Information

All prices are displayed in IDR. We currently accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, E-Wallets (Gopay, Qris, ShopeePay), Direct Debit, and Paypal for our international customers. Paypal also offers payment with Debit/Credit Card for those who do not possess a Paypal account. Payments made through Bank Transfer, Credit Card, E-Wallets, and Direct Debit are secured and encrypted by Midtrans. For more information on payment security, please visit their website.

Your order(s) will be charged immediately upon completion and confirmation of the checkout process. In the event of an unsuccessful payment, you will be notified and provided with suggested steps to retry and complete your order, depending on your selected payment method. Additional taxes and/or shipping fees may apply after you have provided sufficient information to complete your order on the checkout page.

Shipping Information

WHITE NOISE FM provides worldwide shipping with tracking numbers using DHL for orders outside Indonesia and JNE (REG) & (YES) for domestic orders. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send your order confirmation via the email provided during checkout, along with tracking number information. Delivery typically takes 5 – 10 working days for international destinations and 1 – 3 working days for domestic destinations. Please allow a maximum of 1 working day for order handling processes.

Orders are dispatched once daily, Monday to Friday, at 6PM. Orders received after 6PM will be processed the following business day. Your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, determined by your local customs authority. We have no control over these charges. Once the order is in the hands of the courier, we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges do not apply to discounted items. Please be aware that items purchased from our webstore are non-refundable. We only accept returns for items with defects, faults, or damages. Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all original labels and tags attached. Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect orders or faulty items with defects or damages. All returns and exchanges will be processed after inspection and approval by WHITE NOISE FM.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders. Approved returns and exchanges are eligible for a full refund or webstore credit. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges unless otherwise stated for specific reasons. WHITE NOISE FM reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges if customers are found to be exploiting or taking advantage of our policies.
